Maritime Signalling Flags

The "Telegraphic Signals of Marine Vocabulary", devised in 1800 by Rear Admiral Sir Home Popham, are the basis for modern maritime signalling flags. These flags were used famously by Admiral Lord Nelson at the battle of Trafalgar. Cubs can learn about Lord Nelson's messsage, and make a set of flags to spell out their name.
