Law & Promise Banner

This is a simple knotting exercise that also takes in the Cub Scout Law and Promise. Cubs can write the text of the Law and Promise on the paddlepop sticks with coloured pens/pencils, or cut the text out of the template provided and stick the individual lines onto rungs of the banner.
